Lindsay has worked with small and medium-sized businesses in the private sector as an in-house HR Generalist and in a project consultant capacity with large multi-national corporations. Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to apply her skills in a variety of industries including professional services, high tech, biotechnology and social services. Her broad knowledge and experience extend to areas including talent management and development, HR strategy, recruitment, organizational design, employee relations and engagement.
Lindsay enjoys working with varied groups, developing relationships with business leaders, and helping organizations realize their goals through thoughtfully developed people strategies.
